When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo report, please check whether there is any damage or issue with the packaging of your product. If there is any damage, missing item, or if the seal of the package appears to be opened for any reason, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier by requesting that a report be filed. If you fulfill this requirement, your new products will be sent to you immediately. If products with damaged packaging or allegedly missing contents are accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items inside.
