ONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as all other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping fees, which constitute the product shipment cost, shall be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, not exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with accompanying documents such as the warranty certificate or user manual, if any.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

If the security seal/tag on our products is removed or opened, return or exchange cannot be processed.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or the payment is cancelled in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used unlawfully or without authorization, and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost paid by the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that the Seller cannot foresee arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order:
– If the payment was made in cash, the amount shall be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation date.
– If the payment was made by credit card, the amount shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, the bank may transfer it to the Buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The Buyer must inspect the goods/services before taking delivery; damaged or defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, or torn packaging must not be accepted from the courier company. Goods/services that are accepted are presumed to be undamaged and intact. After delivery, the Buyer must protect the goods/services carefully. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to them or to the person/organization at the indicated address, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, provided that they notify the Seller using the contact information below.

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for service contracts where the service has already begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires.

Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the Seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the Seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not fall under the category of “Products That Cannot Be Returned.”
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the invoice for the product to be returned was issued to a company, a return invoice issued by the company must also be sent. Returns for corporate orders cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

The return form, the product’s box, packaging, and all standard accessories must be returned completely and without damage.
RETURN CONDITIONS:

The Seller is obligated to refund the total amount and return all documents that obligate the Buyer within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and must collect the goods within 20 days.

If a decrease in the value of the goods occurs due to the Buyer’s fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer must compensate the Seller proportionately. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration caused by proper use during the withdrawal period.

If, due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the order amount falls below the campaign limit, the discount applied under the campaign is cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s request or personal needs, underwear bottom pieces, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, perishable goods or goods likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if their packaging is opened by the Buyer after delivery, products that mix with other goods after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except for subscription contracts), services performed instantly in electronic environments, intangible goods delivered instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the Buyer cannot be returned pursuant to the Regulation. Additionally, for services that have begun with the explicit consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused in order to be eligible for return.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the bank, and will be responsible to the bank. In such a case, the bank may pursue legal action and demand expenses and attorney fees from the Buyer. In any case, the Buyer accepts to compensate the Seller for damages arising from delayed payment.
