Your request will be concluded within 30 days. Requests are generally processed free of charge. However, if fulfilling your request requires additional costs, the Company may request fees in accordance with Article 7 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,” which states: “No fee shall be charged for responses up to 10 pages. For each page above 10 pages, 1 Turkish Lira may be charged. If the response is provided via a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee requested by the data controller shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium.”
